Company History

Softwyre is a Web application and custom software development company based in central Arkansas with offices in Memphis and Seattle. We serve companies on the east and West coast, and in the Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana and Tennessee area.

In 1994 a Web design firm called InterMarket in Washington, DC was created to meet the growing interest in Web sites. In 2001, a network engineering firm called Virtual Sales was founded in central Arkansas.  In early 2003, these two companies merged and rebranded as Hardwyre and Softwyre.  The partnership was an excellent marriage of full service IT support for small and medium businesses.  We are able to provide a greater range of services to customers who need the skills while at the same time partnering with other companies that strictly focus on just the networking or just application development. 

What We Do

We have built world-class, customer-focused, Web sites, software solutions, database applications, intranets and extranets, supported by interactive online marketing and advertising campaigns for companies nationwide.  We predominately serve small and medium businesses. 

Our work involves usability testing, online market research, Web site analytics and technologies such as wireless Web portals, solutions for mobile devices and wireless applications, content management and personalization tools. Our focus throughout is on using Web technology in the most cost-efficient way to create business advantages for our customers through improved business processes, and by increasing sales through online branding and marketing.
