A good salesman or sales manager is only as good as the ability of his/her organization to deliver, implement or install the products and/or services that he/she is selling. It is important for sales to work hand-in-hand with the delivery and account management arms of the organization to insure that this indeed happens. The ability of an organization to deliver has a direct impact on it’s reputation in the market place; it’s customer satisfaction and it’s ability to provide references to future prospects.
