Available Positions:

Senior Sales Executive

Location: Little Rock, AR

Softwyre is seeking a highly energetic Senior Sales Executive (SSE) who will be responsible for developing and executing an aggressive growth strategy and a comprehensive sales plan. The SSE will be accountable for specific revenue targets (quotas) dedicated to the sale and implementation of custom software solutions, software products and web projects. The SSE must have a demonstrated ability and willingness to "hunt" new sales opportunities, establish new customer relationships, and grow revenue within accounts by identifying and sourcing additional opportunities.

Softwyre is focused on delivering custom software, iPhone and web products for corporate clients. We are looking for a sales leader who can effectively manage a rapidly growing and established sales territory.

Responsibilities

  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth, generate new opportunities and provide outstanding customer service.

  • Participate in key recruiting activities for new employees in consulting roles at Softwyre.
  • Keep your product knowledge current and accurate for the solutions and software that Softwyre sells and delivers.
  • Identify and partner with clients through a strategic and consultative sales approach to understand their business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities to deliver a value-added comprehensive solutions.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Engineering and Support Divisions to coordinate service delivery.

Desired Skills

  • 6-10 years of sales experience

Web and Software Sales Executive

Location: Memphis, TN | Little Rock, AR

Softwyre is seeking a strong sales representative for both the Little Rock and Memphis markets. This position is a great mix of selling contract services in the web design industry and developing strategic partnerships in Memphis, Shreveport and in northwest Arkansas area. Our Account Executives are empowered to identify and establish partnerships to realize objectives, including joint solution engagements, and doing what it takes to provide outstanding service to our customers. The right candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in strategic sales and/or strategic partner management, coupled with a strong track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Applicants must possess the ability to research, develop and execute sales tools and strategies in the field, as well as have excellent written, analytical presentation and business development skills. Applicants should be comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email. This position is a great opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of a wide variety of Internet technologies. The right candidate will have strong hunting and closing skills. Applicants must be a U.S. Resident or currently able to legally work in the U.S.

Requirements:

The primary requirements for the position of the Sales Executive are:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or sales support experience with technology products, ideally with similar software.
  • BS/BA is preferred, but not required.
  • Understanding of web technologies, marketing and information systems is strongly preferred.
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and oral (including group presentations/sales presentations).
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goal.
  • Ability to manage a long, complex sales cycle in the technology arena.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic can-do attitude!
  • A strong desire to win, yet having the utmost of integrity during the sales process.
  • Ability to qualify and close complex and technical sales opportunities.
  • High level of initiative to contribute ideas while working in a team environment
